Your Annual Donation Helps Us to Help You

South Fayette Volunteer Fire Department conducts an annual fund drive to purchase needed emergency apparatus, equipment and Personal protective gear. Please be generous. We understand that many organizations ask for money and there are times you feel that you just give and give. Please remember South Fayette Fire Deparment is a 100%-volunteer organization protecting the residents and businesses of the Township and assisting surrounding townships and boroughs when needed.

We are an IRS-recognized 501(c)(4) non-profit group of men and women who put their lives on the line in order to save the lives and properties of others. And we do it for NO Pay! When you donate to SFVFD, all of your money goes directly to the fire company to purchase needed equipment, apparatus and funds training. You can see the equipment and gear your donation goes towards by stopping at our stations while our members are there and meet the people that will use the equipment to help our community in its time of need.

Imagine it is 2:00 in the morning and the members of SFVFD are awakened from a sound sleep. Someone has reported a fire in their home. Within minutes, twenty or more professionally-trained men and women respond to your potential disaster. It happens more often that we would like to think. We must be prepared for all emergencies. It's part of our responsibility to make sure that we provide the best qualified people and adequate, updated equipment to assist you in such emergencies. Unfortunately, we can't do it alone. Without your contribution, we can't afford the vital equipment and training or provide the necessary maintenance to keep our apparatus in good repair. WE NEED YOUR HELP!

If you recently moved into the community and received a letter with the previous resident's name, you can still send it in. Just correct the name on the reply card and mail it in with your donation.
